Ebb and flow is an arts event, here in Santa Cruz, that had its first weekend in the summer of 2015. There were about 20 Artists that participated and hundreds of locals came out to walk along the San Lorenzo River and check out the performances and art installations.

Local Santa Cruz, the local art website has done a great job of going back and reviweing some of the highlights of last years Ebb and Flow.
